
Terms and Conditions for Oakland Publishing and Quality Conferences Registration Form
1- Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the registration form, the applicant ("you", "your") agrees to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
2- Eligibility: Registration is open only to qualified researchers who can adequately perform roles as reviewers, editors, proofreaders, copy editors, and agents. Oakland Publishing and Quality Conferences ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to verify your qualifications.
3- Use of Information: The information provided by you will be used exclusively for the purposes of evaluating your application, and if successful, to facilitate your role in our conference activities. We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
4- Confidentiality: If accepted, you may have access to confidential manuscripts, articles, and related materials. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information and not to use it for any purpose other than the performance of your role.
5- Duties and Responsibilities: By registering, you agree to perform your role diligently and to the best of your ability. You will also adhere to any guidelines or requirements we provide.
6- No Guarantee: Submitting the registration form does not guarantee acceptance or assignment to any role. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
7- Conflict of Interest: You agree to disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest that might compromise the integrity or quality of the conference or related activities.
8- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oakland Publishing and Quality Conferences, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these terms and conditions.
9- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your role if we believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions or if we believe your continued involvement would be detrimental to the objectives of the conference or related activities.
10- Modifications: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to regularly review and adhere to the updated terms.
